After you reach out to me for a consult, we'll complete an intake so that I can get a full picture of your history, learn what has been prompting you to seek support, and what your goals are. Once we do that, we can begin our sessions, where we can use both talk therapy and the creative process to explore your thoughts and feelings. If you don't consider yourself an "artist", no problem! I'm here to support your process no matter where you're coming from. Our sessions will take place via telehealth, so we will decide together how you would like to approach the artmaking process. Sometimes we can do it live during the session, sometimes you can complete something at home that we can discuss in session, and sometimes we might find it helpful to just talk.
